Section 2 : Accepted currency
Section 2:A – We only accept payment of USD (United States Dollar). If your currency can be converted to USD by a payment processor, then we can accept your payment.

Section 4 : Fulfillment policies
Section 4:A – Refund policy – Because our services are digital and cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds on any purchases made to Simple Trading Solutions
Section 4:B – Delivery Policy – You will have immediate access to all services upon creating a subscription or purchase. During checkout, you choose a username and password. After checkout, you can use your credentials to login to our website. All content, services and software will be available immediately. You will receive an automatic email providing your login details as well.
Section 4:C – Return Policy – Because our services, content and software are digital. There is no way to return these services. Returns will be handled in the same manner as refunds (Section 4:A)
Section 4:D – Cancellation Policy – Understand that Simple Trading Solutions is responsible for ensuring that your membership is not billed further after you have canceled your membership. You understand that you are solely responsible for canceling your recurring membership in order to cancel our services. Simple Trading Solutions is not responsible for any claimed system/server issue that limits one’s ability to cancel membership effectively. Should you experience an issue, it is your responsibility to reach out to Simple Trading Solutions to resolve the issue through use of a support ticket on www.simpletradingsolutions.com. You understand and acknowledge that all cancellation inputs in the Simple Trading Solutions system are accompanied by an e-mail cancellation confirmation to your account e-mail address. It is your responsibility to ensure that your cancellation confirmation e-mail is received, and it is your responsibility to alert Simple Trading Solutions should the e-mail not arrive. Please note that you are unable to cancel your membership through e-mail, you are responsible for canceling your membership by logging into www.simpletradingsolutions.com, going to “Account” settings, and clicking “Cancel”.
Section 5 : Restrictions
Section 5:A – Without purchasing our services, you are not permitted to have access to ANY of our information inside of www.simpletradingsolutions.com, or any associated chat rooms, or any exclusive social media outlet, or any other Simple Trading Solutions. service. If you as a member give your username and password to anyone that has not purchased our services, your membership will be terminated immediately, with no refund, and no notice required. You agree not to duplicate, disseminate or broadcast any information or materials from this room, website, webinar or presentation without prior written approval and consent. Any content, material, documentation, information or the like that you learn or receive is for your own personal use and is to be considered proprietary and confidential.
Section 5:B – Affiliates and agreements : Simple Trading Solutions allows active members to register as affiliates and earn commission based on referrals. Affiliates must maintain an active subscription to earn commissions. If an affiliates membership lapses, referrals will be automatically rejected. We do not allow non STS members to register as an affiliate.

Section 8:A – All promotions offered will come with specific terms. Simple Trading Solutions will honor those terms. After a promotion has ended we will not honor the promotion. EXAMPLE : If we have a 30 day free trial, service will be free for 30 days and billed after the trial period has ended. It is your responsibility to cancel your purchase or subscription before the trial period has ended. See our cancellation policy in (Section 4:D)
